v How do I create an account?
Ø Go to learnwithquality.com. Select “sign up” at the top of the page. Enter in your information and select “create account”.
v How do I create an account with my branch?
Ø Go to your custom branch name. (custombranchname.learnwithquality.com). Under the login box, you will see the “sign up” link. Use this link to create an account.
v The branch address is not working, what do I do?
Ø Typically, we find that this is because www. was entered into the address. Enter the web address in without the www. to prevent this from happening again. If this continues, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
v How do I log in?
Ø Go to the home page (learnwithquality.com) or the home page of your branch. Enter in your username and password.
v My account says it is not active, how do I activate my account?
Ø Go to the email account used to create the account. Is there an email from leanwithquality.com? If yes, follow the instructions in the email to activate the account. If not, check your spam. If you have not received any email please contact us at email@example.com.
v Do I need a computer to access this course?
Ø No, you can use any smart device, a computer or smartphone or tablet.
v Do I need audio on my computer or smart device?
Ø Yes, you will need to listen to the instruction some material is presented in a written format while other information may be presented in an audio format.
v Do I need a working camera on my computer or smart device?
Ø Yes, you will need a working camera on the smart device to verify your ID at certain points in the program.
v How do I log in to my branch?
Ø Enter in your branch web address. firstname.lastname@example.org.
v How do I access my courses?
Ø Log in using the home page or the custom branch page. Your courses will be in your main screen.
v How long do I have to access my courses?
Ø Courses are available for 30 days after enrollment.
v How do I download my certificate?
Ø From your main screen after logging in, select the course you need to print certification for. Select go to course. select this symbol at the top of the page. A pop up will show, select “download certificate”.
v What happens if I fail the course?
Ø If after the second failed attempt to complete the quiz, you will need to re-enroll in the course by reaching out to a representative at email@example.com.
v How many times can I retake the test?
Ø You will have 2 chances to take the final exam at the end of the course.
v Do I need to take my picture during the Responsible Vendor Training Course?
Ø Yes, the Cannabis Control Commission requires that we verify the ID of all trainees taking the Responsible Vendor Training Course.
v How do I upload an ID during the Responsible Vendor Training Course?
Ø At the end of the course, upload a valid copy of your State ID or take a short video presenting your valid State ID. We need your valid State ID to verify your identity. The Cannabis Control Commission requires that we verify the ID of all individuals taking the Responsible Vendor Training Course.
v Can I fast forward through the slides?
Ø No, you must watch all slide presentations. If you fast forward, it will not allow you to continue and the presentation will start from the beginning.
v What happens if I fail one of the activities in the course?
Ø If you do not answer the question correctly in the activities in the course you will be given the option to re-answer. You will have several tries to get it right before proceeding to the next section.
v I am in full screen; how do I proceed to the next Unit or Activity in the course?
Ø To proceed to the next section or unit in the course please exit out of the full screen view. When in the full screen view, the prompts to move into the next unit or activity are not visible. Exit out of the full screen to move into the next unit or activity.
v How do I know when I can proceed to the next slide?
We have rules written in to the program to ensure that you view or listen to the content. You can move backward to previous slides, but you cannot skip to forward slides. When the time assigned to the slide is completed you can move forward. There may be some silent time before or after the audio track is complete, this is designed to pace you. You will know when you can proceed to the next slide when the pause button at the bottom left had of the screen returns to play.
v The course is not loading, how can I troubleshoot this?
Ø Although compatible with many internet browsers, users have the best experience using google chrome. When running this course, it may require more data than a webpage, please keep this in mind and minimize the other webpages open while running the course.
