Responsible Vendor Training is mandatory compliance training required by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission. Quality Control Analytics, the first Responsible Vendor Trainer Accredited in the State of Massachusetts. We are dedicated to providing an educational experience.
This course is approved for 5 hours of continuing education.
*After enrolling in the course, you will have access to complete the course for 30 days.
The course then covers four major units.

What is Cannabis
How Does Cannabis Affect the Human Body
How Do Different Products Affect the Body
2. Preventing Sales and Diversion to Minors
Effects of Underage Cannabis Use
Security Measures and Marketing Restrictions/ Checking ID's
3. Inclusion
Cultural Competency
Working With the Disabled Population
Bias
4. Compliance
Seed to Sale Tracking (Metrc)
Mass Regulations and Agent Responsibilities
The class is designed to be interactive. It is suggested that users keep the audio on for the entire presentation, however most of the information can be read from the slides, videos, and content.
Important! There are security features to ensure that the person taking the course and exam are the same.
The security features require ID presentation, a picture of your identity and signature. These items will be made available to the Cannabis Control Commission.
There will be an audit to ensure that
1. The person taking the course and the person in the picture are the same.
2. The course was taken in the appropriate time. Any course completions in less than four hours of active time will be reviewed.
3. The exam is complete and with a passing score.
Please note any attempts of cheating will be reported to the Cannabis Control Commission.
